These terms apply to the use of the brai.build website (also available at brai.fi). They do not cover our products or client projects, which are governed by their own terms and agreements. By using this website you accept these terms.

The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics, logos and the Brai name, is owned by Brai Oy or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the content, but you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Open-source components we publish are licensed separately under the licence stated in their repository.

When using this website you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data.
• Disrupt the availability of the service, for example through automated overload or attacks.
• Submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content through our contact form, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.
• Scrape or reuse content in a way that breaches these terms or applicable law.

The website and its content are provided as they are, for general information. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, error-free or continuously available, and the content does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Brai Oy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of this website, such as loss of data, profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled by the Finnish courts, with the district court of the company's domicile as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise.
